We take what you've brought us — photos, sketches, rough notes, even half-formed ideas — and turn them into an actual design: layout, materials, finishes, and a realistic scope for your lot and budget. You'll see and approve the plan before anything is built.

Build

Because we intentionally take on a limited number of homes at a time, your project gets real, consistent attention — not a rotating cast of subcontractors. You'll get regular updates as your home takes shape, not radio silence until move-in day.
